SMAI 2cm Jigsaw EVA Mat - Factory Seconds

Available at MMABOXING, the SMAI 2cm Jigsaw EVA Mat - Factory Seconds is an unbeatable value flooring option for martial artists who need reliable protection without the full retail price tag.

Each mat measures 1m x 1m x 20mm and is made from EVA foam with a tatami-style surface finish suited to a wide range of martial arts disciplines. These are factory seconds sold as-is, and while they may carry minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, indents, marks, or a slightly uneven surface pattern, their structural integrity and shock-absorbing performance remain fully intact. As with all EVA foam products, some contraction and expansion may occur in extreme temperatures, so it is recommended to check the sizing of any existing mats older than six months before purchasing additional tiles.

Available in Red/Blue and Black/Blue.

Key Features:

• 20mm EVA Foam Construction – Effective impact absorption for striking, grappling, and general martial arts training.
• Tatami Surface Texture – Provides grip and a traditional training surface feel underfoot.
• 1m x 1m Interlocking Tiles – Jigsaw-style edges make installation and reconfiguration quick and straightforward.
• Factory Seconds Value – Cosmetic imperfections only, with no compromise to performance, sold at clearance pricing.
• Dual Colour Options – Available in Red/Blue and Black/Blue to suit different gym aesthetics and zone layouts.
• Scalable Flooring Solution – Purchase individual tiles to cover small home setups or expand a larger commercial training floor.

From beginners rolling out their first home mat to seasoned martial artists building out a full training space, the SMAI 2cm Jigsaw EVA Mat - Factory Seconds is a practical, cost-effective choice across disciplines including MMA, Karate, and Judo.
