RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Shop with confidence knowing that if you change your mind or aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below. This policy applies to products purchased directly from mmaboxing.com.au.

RETURNING ONLINE

Need to return an item? Please email our team at returns@mmaboxing.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

To return a faulty or incorrect item:

Contact customer support first at customerservice@mmaboxing.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
Do not send the item back until instructed by our team.
MMABOXING will reimburse reasonable shipping costs for items deemed faulty or incorrect.
Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Your rights include:

A replacement or refund for major failures.
Repair, replacement, or compensation if the product fails to be of acceptable quality, even if the failure is not major.
Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by the product.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Products may be returned if all of the following conditions are met, unless purchased during a promotional event or sale that explicitly states change-of-mind returns are not accepted:

30-Day Period

The product is returned within a 30-day change-of-mind period, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Original Condition

The product is returned in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in original condition. Please do not attach labels or tape directly onto packaging.

Proof of Purchase

Supply your invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Postage for returns is non-refundable: Non-heavy items: ~$10.95 AUD; Heavy items: cost will vary.

Excluded Items & Events

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for change of mind, unless unknowingly sold with faults.

Heavy items that cannot be returned via standard postal services must follow the heavy item return process.

Products purchased during promotional events or sales that explicitly state change-of-mind returns are not accepted cannot be returned under any circumstances.

HEAVY ITEMS

Heavy items cannot be returned via standard postal services and must still meet MMABOXING's return conditions.

Contact customerservice@mmaboxing.com.au to initiate a heavy item return.

Postage for heavy item returns will be approximately equal to the shipping cost from your original order and is non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

State your intention of exchange when putting through your return application and specify the item you would like in exchange.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
