Shipping Policy

MMABOXING ships Australia-wide. We don't currently ship internationally.

Where your order ships from
Our products are sent directly from our partner warehouses in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. If your order has products from more than one warehouse, each warehouse sends its items as a separate parcel and charges its own shipping. Your checkout shows the total.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, the warehouse it ships from and your delivery state.

Standard shipping for parcels up to 5 kg:

  • Up to 0.5 kg: $11.95
  • 0.5 kg to 1 kg: $15.95
  • 1 kg to 3 kg: $19.95
  • 3 kg to 5 kg: $24.95

Parcels over 5 kg are charged by weight and delivery zone (same state, other eastern states, or WA/NT/TAS). The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Express shipping
Express shipping is available on most orders up to 22 kg, starting from $25.95. Express shipping is never free.

Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 AUD or more where the shipment weighs 5 kg or less. Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Express shipping
  • Shipments over 5 kg
  • Heavy or bulky items

Heavy and bulky items
Any item over 5 kg is a heavy or bulky item. These are charged by weight tier at checkout and don't qualify for free shipping. Items over 200 kg, such as boxing rings, cages and large equipment, need a freight quote. Contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 5–10 business days
  • Regional areas: 7–15 business days

These are estimates only. Courier delays and peak periods can make delivery take longer.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Small items can be sent to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Heavy or bulky items can't.

Missed deliveries
Whether a signature is needed depends on the courier. If you miss a delivery, you may need to arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel from the courier.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders of $150 AUD or more that weigh 5 kg or less.

Free shipping does not apply to Express delivery, to orders over 5 kg, or to heavy or bulky items.

All other orders are charged Standard or Express shipping at checkout, based on the order weight, the supplier warehouse it ships from and your delivery state. If your order includes products from more than one of our supplier warehouses, each warehouse's items are shipped and charged separately.

Heavy & Bulky Items

Any item weighing over 5 kg is classified as a heavy or bulky item.

Heavy and bulky items are charged by weight tier at checkout and are excluded from free shipping. Items over 200 kg require a freight quote.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Metro areas: 5–10 business days

PO Boxes, Delivery & Signatures

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers may be used for small, non-bulky items only.

Heavy or bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Signature requirements are courier-dependent. If delivery is missed, customers may need to arrange re-delivery or collection directly with the courier.
