What length hand wraps should I get?

Around 2.5 m suits kids and smaller hands. 3.5–4.5 m is the standard for adults and gives enough length to wrap the wrist and knuckles properly. Longer wraps give more wrist support. Stretchy Mexican-style wraps fit closer to the hand than plain cotton wraps.

How do I wash hand wraps?

Wash them after every few sessions in a laundry bag on a cold cycle so they don't tangle, then hang them to dry. Roll them up from the thumb-loop end once dry so they're ready to use.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the sizes in the options above and any size guide in the description or images. Headgear is usually sized by head circumference, measured around your forehead just above the eyebrows. Shin guards are sized by the length from just below the knee to the top of the foot. If you're between sizes, the larger size is usually more comfortable.

What if I order the wrong size?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@mmaboxing.com.au with your order number and we'll help you sort out a return or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
